What is TK99?
TK99 is a new kind materail or same similar material to G10,which is very suitable for printing heat bed, and it is a very good materail to replace smooth pei.
 
Advantages of TK99
1.High Temperature Resistance:

TK99 can withstand high temperatures up to 300℃, and will not cause bubbles like smooth PEI films or damage to the surface film when remove prints due to excessive temperature.

TK99 has the best stickiness among all the plates we have encountered. After our countless printing tests.Even PETG with low viscosity can be easily printed.No glue required, no spray required.Just need to clean before printing.

3.Various Fimament Suopport Printing:
Because of its high temperature resistance and good viscosity, it can support printing of a wide range of filament.Such as TPU,PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon, Polycarbonate, and more.

4.Strong Hardness Material TK99
TK99 can withstand great force without breaking or deforming,So it's very durable,
In addition, it also has the characteristics of insulation, corrosion resistance and wear resistance

5.Edges Corners Processing
Each piece of TK99 has been edged and chamfered, so its edgeds and corners are very smooth and won't hurt your hands.

6.Flat Surface
The surface of TK99 is very flat, and it will not bend from time to time like a spring steel plate, thus affecting the print quality.

7. 1.5mm Thickness
The thickness of most steel plates on the market is 0.5-0.8MM, while the thickness of TK99 is 1.5MM, which means that you can print large objects without worrying about the printing area being dented due to the weight.

8.Light Weight, Light Load
Although TK99 is relatively thick, it is not heavy. It is lighter than glass of the same volume, so it does not cause a large load on the machine.
 
If the prints is not sticking for the first printing out of box, Sometimes there may be some contaminants left on the surface from shipping and handling that weren't removed during our inspection. These contaminants may not be removed by isopropyl alcohol, so you must wash the plate with warm water and dish soap before your first use. Subsequent cleanings can be done with isopropyl alcohol.
