Shipping Policy

Title for all products ordered by You shall pass on to You upon delivery of the order placed.

Shipping shall be made through any Third Party identified by Zee3d

Safe and Secure packing and delivery of the product will be ensured by us.

All steps to ensure safe and secure delivery of the order within the stipulated days of delivery will be jointly undertaken by us and the Third Party.

No Liability shall be saddled onto zee3d.in or the Third Party in case of delivery of the order could not be undertaken by reasons of civil unrest, commotion, war, riots, Acts of God, strike etc.

Reasons of non-delivery of the consignment for reasons of Non-availability of the consignee, wrong address, insufficient address, No such Consignee etc will not cause any liability on us or the Third Party.

Delivery of products to Domestic & International destinations will happen through Courier Services. Customs Duty, if any, that arises out of Imports into Destination Country will be borne by the Customer. Customers are requested to verify applicable duties and taxes at the destination of import.

While placing International orders customers are requested to verify the address as any addition or correction of address after dispatch will incur costs for address correction or modification.

 

Delivery Times:  The shipment is delivered  between 5 to 8 Days from the date of order confirmation and payment in the case of Free shipment. The shipment is delivered between 2 to 4 Days in the case of Fast/Paid Shipment.

 

What are the shipping charges?

Domestic Free Shipping:

  • If the total purchase amount is less than Rs.999/- INR then customer has to pay Fixed charge of Rs.99/- INR as a Shipping Charge.

  • Free Shipping for an order total of Rs.999/- INR and above.

International Shipping.

WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA

What are the charges for a bulk order? 
We will try to deliver a bulk order in the most efficient and cheapest manner. Please feel free to contact us at zee3d.sales@gmail.com with your order details and we will customize the delivery as per your needs.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Zee3D Customer satisfaction is given the topmost priority. We believe in delivering the products that are of an excellent quality and we make sure that the products bought by the customers from us give a guaranteed satisfaction. 

We don't have an order cancellation currently and please make sure your are order product as per your requirement.

Zee3D offers you with a 5 day return guarantee in case the product is

  • Low quality

  • Defective

  • Damaged or

  • It differs from the product which you originally ordered

In case you received an order parcel from Zee3D that is damaged or empty then please feel free to report the issue within 2 days of receiving the order.

FAQ Regarding the Returns:

 1. What is the time period for an item to be returned?

 The item can be returned within 5 days from the time of receiving. 

2. What is the process to return an item and what to do later?

  • Firstly your request to return an item with a clear reason of return

  • The return request is review by Zee3D and may approve/reject or request for more details before processing the return request. The return approval is at the sole discretion of Zee3D.

  • Once the request is approved, You need to pack the item in good condition and courier the item back to our address. Currently we don't have reverse pickup service.

  • Product once received back will be checked against your claim and after that only the process of refund is initiated. 

  • All in all it takes about 1 to 3 weeks from the time of request to the time the product is delivered back to us. Sometimes the time would depend on the type of product and the location you specified.

  • Rest assured that every care is taken to protect your interests.

3. How should the packing be for the item to be returned?

It is mandatory that the product you received is not altered or used and it must have the original price tag and the packing slip. It is essential that you have to mention your order number. 

4. How will I know that you received the product I returned?

We'll update the status of item received by updating the order status as "Approved for Refund"

5. By what time can I expect my replacement or refund?

From the time of receiving the product the process of replacement or refund is initiated within 2 working days. In case of refund it takes about 2 weeks for the amount to be credited into your account.  However in a situation if the product received by us from you doesn’t match your claim or do not have the Zee3D order number on the package the refund can be delayed or sometimes can be declined.
